Information collected may include personal details such as name and address, phone numbers and email address as well as the particulars regarding the transport enquiry or booking being made. We are required to have and explain a valid lawful basis for holding and processing your data. In respect to bookings placed this basis is for the processing and carrying out of the booking. We will use the information provided from you as a company and with our employees in order to carry out the booking and destroyed at the end of the month of which the booking was carried out. By placing a booking with us you are deemed to have accepted our use of your personal information. We will use your information to email you your invoice and / or additional information we need you to receive, regarding any queries about your booking and follow up contact if needed. We will also from time to time send you information on upcoming trips that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such emails then you must contact us and you will be taking off any ailing lists used. Quote information will be held up until the date of the enquired trip and then destroyed. Any personal data we obtain will never be passed on to third parties.
